Retainers are available in annual, biannual, and quarterly contracts. The monthly hours of each retainer can be negotiated to fit your specific needs.

- Additional or longer consultations can be requested but will be considered part of the allocated hours stipulated in the retainer.
Continuous Feedback & Quarterly Reviews
- Receive feedback at the end of each project/segment regarding the time log and suggestions for future improvement.

Retainer Contracts
Each package can be contracted for the following cycles:
- Annual – 10 months (Get a 15% discount)
- Biannual – 6 months (Get a 10% discount)
- Quarterly – 3 months
These contracts can be renewed or updated. Renewals must be requested a month before the end of the current contract. Updates (e.g. moving from a quarterly contract to a biannual contract, or changing from the Basic Editing Package to the Comprehensive Editing Package) can be requested at any time. A new contract will be drawn up and taken into effect immediately after all the relevant parties have signed.

Terms and Conditions
Projects of R10,000 ($560, €495, £415) or less must be paid in advance.
A 25% deposit is required for orders over R10,000 ($560, €495, £415); the rest will be invoiced once the project is completed.
Projects of R15,000 ($840, €720, £625) or more can be divided into instalments, which means the service and payments will be completed over two or more months. (Not applicable to retainers.)
We keep a log of the number of hours spent on the document for projects above R10,000 ($560, €495, £415) to ensure that the final invoice is calculated fairly and accurately.
Travel time of half an hour or more to on-site meetings (possible between 09:00 and 15:00 SAST) will contribute to the time spent on the project or be considered part of the allocated hours per month in a retainer package.
Requested overtime work (before 08:00 SAST, after 17:00 SAST, Fridays, and Saturdays) and short-notice projects will result in a 20% increase in the hourly rate.
